RV Rates & FAQ

RV rates are based upon 4 occupants, 1 dwelling, 1 vehicle and 2 pets for a minimum of 3 months. Pet size and breed restrictions apply. A second vehicle may be permitted depending upon the size of RV space and the size of RV. RVs older than 10 years require approval. Please send pictures of all sides to sundown@montechristomh.com so we may review for approval.

Monthly Rates & Security Deposit
RV Space – $595 per month, plus utilities, and $595 security deposit and application approval prior to move in.

Payments
We accept Money orders, Cashier Checks or Online payments (Debit/ACH).

Cancellation or Changes
RV Sites: 48 hours cancellation notice is required. Please notify our team by email or phone by 4 p.m., two days before your scheduled arrival.

Early Departures
There are no refunds for early departures. 30 days notice required, security refunded when notice provided and paid in full.

Staff Availability
We can be reached at (530) 236-6456 weekdays between the hours of 8am-4pm PST and will respond to your phone call, email to sundownestates@montechristomh.com or website inquiry as soon as possible.
